Ordering From Designs by Sazz:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket together with size, colour, wording etc. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.

If you wish to discuss an item with us or you prefer to pay by card then call us on 07775575172 and we will be pleased to help.

If you require an item not shown in any of our sections just click the "Online Catalogue" button on the left hand side of the page and this will take you to an extensive listing of items available for sale. To get a quote just email the product code and details of your personalisation requirements and we will send you a no obligation quote. Alternatively give us a call - 07775575172

Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order unless otherwise agreed beforehand. 

Delivery schedule:

As most items are personalised they have to be made to order so please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery (in busy times this may take a little longer). If you need an item urgently please email us with the date required as soon as you have placed the order and we will do our best to get your item to you in time. 

Please note that overseas deliveries will take longer so please allow for this. As a rough guide you should add on an additional one week for Europe, 10 days minimum for USA/Canada/Australia and Far East and South America can take an age so please be patient if you live in these countries as we are in the hands of your customs and postal systems.


Payment can be made at checkout using Paypal, or you can call us on 077755 75172 with your debit/credit card details, or you can print off a copy of your order and post it to us with a cheque or postal order (made payable to Designs by SAZZ). Orders can also be taken over the phone if paying by card.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

We despatch most items by First Class Royal Mail but larger items may be sent by courier (usually UPS) and a signature will be required.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

Deliveries outside of the UK mainland will be despatched using Royal Mail Airmail and this service can take an additional 7-10 days to arrive in addition to our standard despatch time.


We hope that all of our customers will be delighted with their customised item but occasionally a problem may occur. If you have a problem with any item please email us immediately and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If this involves the return of an item for replacement we will refund your return postage charge. Whilst internet transactions are covered by the Distance Selling regulations we would point out that personalised items can only be returned if faulty, however we pride ourselves on having very few problems and we are confident that you will have an enjoyable shopping experience with us.
